By accessing or using nexusgrouplabs.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. NexusGroup Labs LLC ("NexusLabs", "we", "us") provides autonomous AI agents, voice AI, private search, LLM API services, and related infrastructure.

2. Description of Service

NexusLabs provides:

Autonomous AI agent deployment and management
Voice AI for phone, web, and messaging channels
Telescopic — private self-hosted search engine
LLM API Gateway (27+ models, OpenAI-compatible)
AI Studio — image, video, audio, and text generation
Smart Workflows powered by n8n automation
Infrastructure hosting and DevOps services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys. NexusLabs cannot be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or any illegal or abusive use of the platform.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments may be available for Enterprise plans.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle
Failed payments may result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension

4.4 Refunds

New subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked
Digital Products / API credits: No refunds after first use
Services: Prorated refund for unused time upon written request

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NexusLabs services to:

Generate, distribute, or host illegal content of any kind
Engage in harassment, abuse, or targeted attacks on individuals
Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via our voice or email systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or account
Interfere with or disrupt our platform, networks, or other users
Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or access controls
Resell access to our services without written authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NexusGroup Labs LLC. You retain rights to content you create using our services. We retain rights to aggregate, anonymized usage data for platform improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexusLabs, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on the Service with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
